Denise had practiced Yoga only on occasion off and on for years until plaguing neck and back injuries were not being relieved by modern medicine.
An avid runner and swimmer since childhood and just beginning triathlons she ached to find a way to heal herself and return to sport in a safe manner.
Four years ago she began Yoga on almost a daily basis and gradually began to feel stronger. Today she is able to run, bike and swim to her hearts desire and considers Yoga to be her staple for success in her sport.
She is a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through Yoga Alliance
Although she has a 16 year background of Nursing, Denise believes that Yoga was what she needed to heal
and transform her life. Every day is a new day for growth and opportunity to become the best person you can be and she hopes to help her students find their best version of themselves.
