Hot Yoga Bootcamp/ 3 consecutive Weekends : Friday- Sundays

Dates : April 28-29-30/ May 5-6-7/ May 12-13-14
Times: Fridays: 5:45 pm-7:15pm ( 90 minutes)
Saturdays: 2 pm- 3:30 pm (90 minutes)
Sundays: 3pm-4:30pm ( 90 minutes)

Hot Yoga Bootcamp is a combination of hot Vinyasa ( the room is heated to 90-95 degrees F), high-intensity cardio intervals, strength training, core work and balance focus.
Art montage hotyoga Boot camp is ideal to test your endurance, strength, and balance and target every single muscle of your body,even ones you didn’t even know existed.

At the end of the class, you will relax in Savasana ( corpse pose) with your eyes closed for at least 10 minutes.
The soothing scents of essential oil of lavender will help you to fully restore and get your body Zen before to leave the hot room.

Art montage hotyoga Bootcamp is open to everybody, you can take any breaks as you need.
Remember to hydrate before, during and after the class.
