When : Saturday ,July 1st – 2017 -1pm- 6pm
Investment : $85
Developing powerful and creative yoga sequences is challenging. It takes lots of work and lots
of skills. And there is a real need in the yoga community for new inputs and a new approach on how to prepare yoga sequences.Yoga evolves, it is important to step away from rigidity and the “routine exercise”.
It’s not about reinventing the wheel but rather using movement to prepare the body to move into stillness .
It is the approach into stillness that gives more freedom to discover and play with the different row of motion.
Immersion is 80% practice and 20% heart-centered conversation.
We will start the immersion with an energizing practice and a short meditation session.
You will learn how to create smart and effective sequences, and practice teach to become a more skillful and inspiring yoga teacher.
Please note: The Art of Sequencing workshop is required in order to complete your RYT 200 certificate.
Completion of the workshop may count for Continuing Education(CE) with Yoga Alliance towards upgrading to a higher designation.
If you are registered with Yoga Alliance, learn more about how continuing education workshops count toward Continuing Education units.
