Our unique Hot Hatha yoga is a rejuvenating and regenerating yoga.
It detoxifies the blood and internal organs,improves the immune system,enhances mental alertness,helps eliminate stress and reverses the degenerative process allowing us to live a longer life.
Our rigorous 75 minutes Hot Yoga sessions will eliminate your aches and pains, improve your over all strength and flexibility while burning away those pounds you want to lose. Regular practice (when combined with a proper nutrition plan) will in 6-weeks give you dramatic results. AMY postures are performed in a room heated 90-95 degrees .
ART MONTAGE YOGA Beginners

The hot Flow style focuses on linking one breath with one movement.The Art Montage yoga hot flow puts emphasis on abdominal conditioning, healthy movement patterns while breathing and moving with ease. You will leave the yoga room feeling refresh , alive and complete. If you stick with the practice you will learn to tune into your gut, both physically and intuitively, and break through internal blockages to live a pain-free, authentic life.

Hot Barre workout focuses on form, precision and repetition.
The Hot Barre workout incorporates exercises done at a ballet barre blended with techniques of ballet,Pilates, and yoga. The Barre is there to provide stability, balance, and support as you move through exercises that target the core, glutes, arms, and legs.
A typical class takes is 55 minutes long. Room temperature(80-85 degrees).
The heat is serving to get your muscles warmed and limbered up faster for the thigh-work to follow.
HIP & Shoulder restorative
Our 50 minutes Hip & Shoulder restorative yoga class focus on going deep into your Hip, knee and Shoulder tension. The next step in developing your body is to remove the restriction from the Hips and Shoulders.
Loosen tight hips, improve your range of motion and circulation +alleviate back pain.
In that class you may use blocks, straps & bolsters.
Please note: Class is held in a warm temperature ( 80-85 degrees F) to help loosen tight muscles and joints.
ART MONTAGE YOGA TRAINING
For all interested in a thorough, invigorating exploration of the practices of yoga, which includes asana, meditation, pranayama, anatomy ,philosophy and more. No previous Yoga experience is required.
HOT YOGA BOOTCAMP
Hot Yoga Bootcamp is a combination of hot Vinyasa ( the room is heated to 90-95 degrees F), high-intensity cardio intervals, strength training, core work and balance focus.
Art montage hotyoga Boot camp is ideal to test your endurance, strength, and balance and target every single muscle of your body,even ones you didn’t even know existed. At the end of the class, you will relax in Savasana ( corpse pose) with your eyes closed for at least 10 minutes.
