Annette was born and raised in the coasts of Northern Brittany in France . Having a passion for adventure, healthy living and a creative and active lifestyle, she dedicated her life to pursuing this way of living. With a solid background in dance, health and fitness , Annette found yoga the culmination of everything she loves. She was first introduced to yoga through her dance training in the late 90’s. Annette started to teach yoga in 2010 after 20 years of advanced movement training. She has since leading teacher trainings and workshops.
Annette graduates as a E 500 yoga teacher, the maximum designation recognized by the yoga Alliance.
Annette looks to bring awareness through motion and balance, to find strength in flexibility and bring union between the body, mind and soul.
Her style is energetic, introspective and challenging. She beleives that our age or poor health are not limitations. Strength, flexibility and balance are achieved every time we step on the mat. It’s the beauty of Yoga that helps us translate that to our everyday lives.
