4. Park your car in the parking lot.

from I-10
1. Take S Mason road direction South

Should I eat before coming to class?

Doing yoga on a full stomach is not fun, yet doing yoga when you’re starving isn’t a good idea either. We recommend eating a light snack one hour before class or a meal 2-3 hours before class. This way your body is fueled but not focused on digestion.

What  do i wear?

Dress in cool, comfortable clothes, like you’re going to the beach.
No long sleeves or pants please

What should i bring to come to class?
We rent yoga mat for $1
But we encourage you to bring your own gear:
Yoga mat , towel  and a bottle of water.

What is the diference between Bikram® and Hot Hatha yoga:

Artmontage Hot hatha yoga consists of:

30  postures , 2 breathing exercices, in a room heated 102-105 degrees with 50% -60% humidity.

Bikram yoga consists of:

26 postures, 2 breathing excercices, in a room heated to 105 degrees and 40% humidity.

I am trying to register on-line, but it does’nt work. What can I do?

Come to studio at least 15 mn before to attend your yoga class. We will register you at the front -desk.

I’ve never done yoga before, what class should i take?
We encourage you to attend any of the following class to start your practice:
Beginning Hot Hatha Yoga.
Yoga Basics.

I work out often, can I take the advanced classes?

If you’ve never done yoga before, come to a few beginner classes first in order to learn the postures and alignment. Once you know those, try some more advanced classes. But honor what your body needs and respect a yoga practice is often very different other types of exercise. It may take a few classes for your body to create the muscle memory to advance in a yoga class.
