This class is designed to progress every student to the next level in their fitness journey. Whether you are just getting started, or you are extremely well conditioned, this class is designed to get you to your edge. We will incorporate yoga, weights, barre-style movements, body weight movements, and high intensity cardio bursts to maximize your caloric burn while building long, lean, muscles. Every movement is done on a timed format, and students are encouraged to rest whenever they feel they need to. Low and high impact options will be given throughout class to suit your personal needs and goals, but you must be able to get up and down from the floor with ease. This class is fast paced and FUN. Please bring a sweat towel, water and and your amazing smile.
